1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Deposit Requirement – A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.
1.2 Full Prepayment Option – You may choose to pay for your appointment in full at the time of booking.
1.3 Confirmation – Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following fees apply:

• More than 24 hours before your appointment – A £20 charge applies. If you prepaid, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

• 24 hours or less before your appointment or No-Show – The full session price will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, if this is not possible, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and the full session price will be charged.

4. Responsibility for Booking & Payments

4.1 Customer-Arranged Travel & Attendance – Ashton Hair & Beauty does not offer a delivery or transport service for bookings. Customers are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment at the designated time.
4.2 No Liability for Missed Appointments – If you fail to attend your appointment for any reason, cancellation fees will apply as per section 2.

Ashton Hair & Beauty reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy before booking.
